Ex-model and reality TV star, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, has finally landed a buyer for her Hampton's home, which has been on and off the market for several years.
The home that belongs to the former Bravo TV's "The Real Housewives of New York" cast member is 5,800-square-foot and is located in East Hampton.
The property at 125 Further Lane sold for a 50 percent discount from its original asking price, according to The Real Deal.
Enzo Morabito from Prudential Douglas listed the property and he told The Real Deal that the home, which is now in contract with a "nice couple," will close for slightly over its $5.5 million asking price.
"We finally hit the price," Morabito said.
"We brought the price down and we had four offers. Three of them were higher than the asking price."
The price of the Hampton estate went under a few price cuts since it was listed for $12 million in January. It first dropped down to $8 million in February, then to $6.99 million in July and then finally to $5.5 million in early October.
The mansion has five bedrooms with five-and-a-half bathrooms. Its features include vaulted ceilings with rustic wooden beams, an outdoor deck, a heated pool and 1.2 acres of landscaped grounds.
Morabito said the buyers love the house just as it is.
"They're not going to make any changes."
Bensimon reportedly has a Manhattan apartment in SoHo, which she recently renovated.
