Just this Wednesday, Jennifer Lawrence discussed her final turn for being "Hunger Games" Katniss. "The Mocking Jay Part 2" will arrive on theaters on the 20th of November. However, the conversation of J. Law. and the reported went all casual as J. Law. revealed that she is writing a comedic screenplay with non other than Amy Schumer. The two stars also plan to star in the said project. J. Law. reveals, "We play sisters. We're almost done writing. It just flowed out of us. We've got about 100 pages right now."
Jen also continued to share that she and Amy were made for each other in a creative way. They have different flavors and she considers this project as the most fun experience she had in her life. "We start the day off on the phone, laughing. And then we send each other pages. And we crack up. I'm flying out tomorrow to see her in Chicago. We'll write a little bit with her sister, Kim, who worked with Amy when she was writing "Trainwreck."
According to Jen, she has only met Amy just about a couple of months ago. She said that she emailed Amy after she saw "Trainwreck." And funny enough, Jen said to her, 'I don't know where to get started. I guess I should just say it: I'm in love with you,'" The two then started emailing and in the end, they pursued the friendship in texting.
Just this August, the two new-found-friends went to go skiing and their photos definitely brightened up the internet world. Jen even shares, "We really hit it off, to say the least," Ms. Lawrence said.
J. Law., being a funny human being, tells the reporter, "Let me just text Amy and tell her that I told you,". Amy replied instantly and J. Law. laughed hard with her response. Jen says, "I wrote, 'I just spilled the beans to The New York Times. Is that O.K.?" Then Amy replies, 'That you're gay? Totally! It's exciting!'"
