'Miley Cyrus' is Set to Join Hilarity for Charity's 2015 Variety Show: James Franco's Bar Mitzvah

Despite of her previous crazy antics, Miley Cyrus is now using her influence in doing good for others and for the community. She can now add another advocacy to her Happy Hippies which supports the equality and to stop discrimination to LGBT community. Also, Happy Hippies serves as a platform for the gays, lesbian, bisexual and transgenders to express themselves free from any discrimination. In addition to this, Miley's new project is partnered by Seth Rogen.

According to ew.com [Entertainment Weekly], Miley Cyrus will be joining as a headliner in Hilarity for Charity's Fourth Annual Variety Show: James Franco's Bar Mitzvah. Hilarity for Charity is an advocacy led by Seth Rogen and his wife Lauren Miller Rogen with the Alzheimer's Association to raise awareness of Alzheimer among the new generation as well as to raise funds for research and for families that are battling it. This year's show will take place on October 17 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles and Cyrus is bound to perform several songs. Seth established the Hilarity for Charity with the Alzheimer's Association after her mother got diagnosed with this sickness.

The roster of performers include The Backstreet Boys, Judd Apatow, Bruno Mars, Paul Rudd, Samuel L. Jackson, Tenacious D, Patton Oswalt, Aziz Ansari, Kevin Hart, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Silverman, "Weird Al" Yankovic and many more.

According to contactmusic.com, James Franco will also join the traditional celebration for its fourth annual event. Seth Rogen and Miley Cyrus's friendship had started over the past year when Seth Rogen gave Miley a cameo role in his upcoming movie, "The Night Before." Also, Miley worked with Seth and his writing partner Evan Goldberg to produce pre- taped videos that will aired during the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards which Miley will be hosting on Sunday, August 30.
