Ubisoft, maker and developer of the game series Assassin's Creed has announced that the Assassin's Creed: Syndicate will be available to consoles such as Xbox One and Play Station 4 on October 23, while PC gamers may wait a month longer before they can roam the streets of industrial London.
According to a statement from Sam Kovalev, studio production manager at Ubisoft Kiev, "The additional four weeks are for us to really bear down and finalize all of the polish and optimization, to make sure the game and all of its systems are stable when it launches, so it runs smoothly for all players starting on day one,"
Ubisoft Quebec is the one in-charge in the development of the latest series of the game but it looks like the Ubisoft Kiew is the one who is handling the modifications for the PC version, "We have introduced several new improvements to our production pipeline and validation process, which allowed us to focus on polishing, stabilizing and optimizing the PC version very early on in the project," says Kovalev. "This has been one of the top priorities for the production team this year."
Assassin's Creed is set on 1868 Industrial Revolution London. Players can play as one of the twin assassins. As gangster assassin Jacob Frye, you will recruit your gang to fight for justice on behalf of the oppressed working class. Jacob's twin sister on the other hand, is a relentless Assassin who has perfected the silent, swift, invisible strike.
Pre-order bonus mission will have the participation of two of the greatest mind during the industrial period, Charles Dickenson, the greatest novelist of his time, and Charles Darwin, the mind behind the industrial revolution.
The PC version of the Assassin's Creed: Syndicate will be available for PC gamers on November 19.
