It's never surprising for something to happen during the final weeks of the presidential election season that could change the outcome of the race for either candidate.
Donald Trump attempted to change the race to the White House for President Obama, Wednesday, when he released a new video claiming that Obama is the "least transparent president in the history of this country. There's never been anything like it."
"Sadly, we know very little about a portion of our president's life and, in fact, he has spent millions of dollars in legal fees to make sure it stays that way," Trump stated in the video.
Trump has challenged President Obama, who is running for a second term in office, to release his college and passport records and applications. If the President agrees to this and does so, Trump promises to donate $5 million to a charity of the president's choice.
"If he releases these records, it will end the question, and indeed the anger, of many Americans," Trump said.
"Their president will become transparent like other presidents. When he does that to my satisfaction, and if it's complete ... a lot of people will be very, very happy to see this happen."
Trump gave Oct. 31 at 5 p.m. as the deadline for the president to release these documents.
"I absolutely would be the most happy of all if I did in fact make this contribution through the president to these charities," Trump added.
Trump claimed that he was the only person who could get the President to release his long form birth certificate.
"That was something neither John McCain nor Hilary Clinton were able to get him to do during heir very long and bitter campaigns despite the fact that they were strong in demanding its release," Trump said.
