Kim Kardashian Pregnancy: Reality Star May Have Hysterectomy Following Birth of Second Child; No More Kimye Babies?

Kim Kardashian's pregnancy has not been easy. The reality TV star revealed that she had the condition called placenta accreta, and if it returns, she is most likely to undergo the removal of her uterus, also known as hysterectomy.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, 34, spoke with C Magazine for its September issue where she revealed the hardships she went through on her first pregnancy. The socialite even thought that it will be difficult for her to conceive for the second time because of her condition.

"There were a couple of little operations to fix all that, so that created a little hole in my uterus, which I think made it really tough to get pregnant again," Kim told the magazine.

It was indeed hard for Kim to get pregnant again for the second time. She and her husband Kanye have tried conceiving for a year.

"It was a long road. I would go to the doctor in Beverly Hills every day at five in the morning to get tested to see if I was ovulating. I was trying everything: I did acupuncture and got a nutritionist to eat healthier, thinking that was an issue," the 34 year-old reality star shared.

The mother of one claims that she took the difficulty of conceiving in a light way. Instead of getting disappointed, she and Kanye worked things out. Kim would often appear in cities where her husband was touring. She admitted that when the band sees her in the concert, they know she's ovulating.

The 34-year-old wife of the music mogul also shared her fear about things that could happen after her pregnancy, Daily Mail reports.

"They think I'll have placenta accreta again, so if the placenta grows a little bit deeper than it did last time, then they are prepared to have my uterus removed, which is a little scary for me. I think we're just gonna go day by day, see how overwhelming it is, and see how the delivery goes," she said.

The E! reality star gave birth to her first child North West on June 15, 2013. She's expected to give birth to a baby boy this time around.
