Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and the rest of the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" cast celebrated NBA Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden's 26th birthday last Wednesday night and it angered the residents nearby.
According to Daily Mail, Kim, who was pregnant with her first child, squeezed herself into a skintight white dress, Kendall rocking a crop top, and Khloe appeared wearing a gorgeous revealing white dress. Currently, Harden and Khloe are dating.
The event was sponsored by Boulevard Management as was discussed by Los Angeles County and Coast Guard officials via e-mails.
The private American Islander yacht party was a mile off the coast of the Marina when, at the stroke of midnight, a loud fireworks display that lasted eight long minutes caused a public disturbance from people living within the vicinity.
According to LA Times, the Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe will have a motion ready by Tuesday directed at launching an investigation regarding the incident.
Officials are currently urging those responsible to answer for the loud public disturbance caused by the party, given that a number of complaints were forwarded to the county fearing that the noise was caused by weapons fire.
However, it was revealed that the said incident did not need a permit since it happened a mile outside the marina, which called for an exception for the requirement.
The county revealed that although the party passed a safety checklist, loud disturbances are a violation of the law. Furthermore, the county's Fire Department are also working on improvements on its fireworks permit corrective action plan to defer from residents getting disrupted by loud noises.
Are Khloe Kardashian and the sponsor of James Harden's yacht party facing public disturbance charges anytime soon?
