A Sneak Peek of Banksy's Bemusement Park [Video Teaser]

Constructed in the seaside resort town of Weston Super Mare in Somerset, England, the surreal theme park is creating a buzz. Dismaland is a temporary art installation project organized by the famous street artist Banksy. The theme park is described as "a sinister twist on Disneyland". The artist himself stated that "it is a family theme park unsuitable for children".

Dismaland opened on the 21st of August and would only run for a couple of weeks. Banksy himself funded the exhibition and he created 10 art works. The whole show however features 58 artists [including Damien Hirst, Jenny Holzer, Jimmy Cauty, Bill Barminski, Caitlin Cherry, Polly Morgan, Josh Keyes, Mike Ross, David Shrigley, Bäst, and Espo, Escif, Maskull Lasserre, Kate McDowell, Paco Pomet, Dietrich Wegner, Michael Beitz, Brock Davis, Ronit Baranga] of the 60 that Banksy personally invited to participate on his project. Only 4000 tickets are available for purchase every day.

A part of their brochure that was posted in Colossal aroused interest towards the theme park.
