The singer's hectic touring schedule, plus his business interests elsewhere, kept him out of California often. The five-time Latin Grammy winner and two-time Grammy winner has decided to move his two corporations to Florida, according to a TMZ report.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, two Calacatta marble center islands, double Wolf ranges, and Subzero fridge. The Vivir Mi Vida singer and his third wife, Shannon de Lima, plan on moving to South Florida. When asked how he found the Venezuelan model 20 years his junior, the singer joked it was due to his 'marketing skills.'
