Kate Winslet posted a photo on Facebook showcasing herself make-up free. Along with her photo is an inspirational message, urging women to embrace their flaws.
Kate wrote to her page, "I know I am chubby, I have big feet, and have bad hair days. When I grew up and even now sometimes, I hardly hear any positive reinforcement about body image from any female. I mostly hear negatives. But I know most of the negatives comes from the people who are busy rejoicing other people' insults by liking demeaning post on Facebook when in reality they don't even like themselves."
Wearing no make- up, the Oscar winning actress showed her wrinkles to her followers and said, "I want to embrace the real me" and she continued "I want you to embrace who you are" and "love yourself just the way you are."
As she asked women's support to share her message, she also wants to slam "haters" through her message, "let it reach the haters and let them know that you don't give a damn about the negatives" she also inspired women to be strong against people who criticize their images "chose not to be a victim to those bullies who make fun of others based on appearances, race, gender, etc."
"People should appreciate you, the real you," she added.

Meanwhile, Kate is said to be preparing for her 40th birthday on October. The 'Divergent' actress is looking forward to celebrating her special day in a bikini, according to Mirror.
During in an interview, she was quoted, "I have this urge to spend my birthday in a bikini because I want to feel great. So I'm really looking forward to it.
Adding, "I've done a lot over the last couple of years; I've had the baby and creatively it's been a very fulfilling time too. So I feel like when I do reach 40, I really will have earned it!"
