'Dragon Age: Inquisition' DLC Update: 'Trespasser' Trailer Leaks Online, Hints Game’s Release Date

On Sunday, a new game trailer of "Dragon Age: Inquisition" has leaked online. The trailer has accidentally revealed the game's upcoming Trespasser DLC. The leaked footage was first spotted by gaming website Eurogamer, but it was quickly removed from the website. However, a copy of the video has reappeared in various gaming websites and on You Tube, a report from PC Gamer said.

"The footage of the DLC called Trespasser reveals an angry Inquisitor who is dealing with the aftermath of closing the breach. It appears Orlais and Ferelden are trying to take down the Inquisition due to their rise in power two years after its creation. If that's not bad enough, the Inquisitor's mark is slowly killing her," iDigital Times stated.

According to the report, the game's upcoming Trespasser DLC is set two years after the events in "Dragon Age: Inquisition." It was said that the Trespasser DLC will likely carry the main story to a big end, hinting that it will possibly be the game's "last adventure," which coincides with a BioWare survey that was leaked in June this year. It can be recalled that BioWare's leaked survey mentioned Qunari, which refers to both Assassin attack and the future of the Inquisition.

"Having saved the world of Thedas by closing the Breach, your next mission will determine the future of the Inquisition. Your mark suddenly glows, erupting with magic connected to the Fade. Assassins attack in the shadow. An invasion of enemies begins. Win a race against time to face a great evil before it is too late. In this story-based expansion, playable after the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition, you will embark on a last adventure with your team to confront the one who started it all," reads an excerpt from the leaked BioWare survey.

iDigital Times reports that the Trespasser DLC will feature new romance scenes. Players will be able to experience the "Dragon Age: Inquisition" Trespasser DLC once it arrives on various gaming consoles on September 8, based on the information from the leaked trailer.

Game developer BioWare has yet to issue an official statement confirming the release of the Trespasser DLC.
