Sultry singer Rihanna's former Beverly Hills home is on sale again. The R&B singer sold the property, located at 9152 Janice Pl Beverly Hills, for $4.5 million in 2011. Now the mansion has been re-listed by the new owner for more than double the cost - the price tag now for the humongous property is $9.95 million, reports Examiner.com.
The owner claims to have remodeled the house and is now apt for an A-list celebrity. When Rihanna sold her house in 2011, the mansion had waterproofing troubles, which the singer attributed to the fact that the house was not constructed properly, though it was a contemporary house. She said that made the house virtually unlivable.
The property's main attraction is its vernal view of the Los Angeles horizon and this may help in catching the big buck.
The singer sued the former owner of the mansion and the real estate agent for selling her damaged property. Rihanna alleged that the 8,500 square foot house with 10 bedrooms was "laden with construction defects." Now the same property is listed at $9.95 million.
