Many questions are taunted now after episode 12 was showed last week: Will Joss find out who the real killer is? Will Vivian survive her failing liver disease?
In the sneak peak video of the finale by TVLine, it was revealed that Joss (Jes Macallan) gets her freedom after all after being falsely accused for the murder of Luca (Noam Jenkins) and comes out sexy strong in a tight-fit plunging outfit celebrating with her friends Karen (Kim Yunjin) and April (Rochelle Aytes). Joss even thanked her friends who truly stand by her while being locked in prison.
In the meantime, while Joss celebrates her freedom, Karen interrupts the delightful, celebratory mood when she receives a message regarding Vivian's (Sonja Bennet) apparent state. She revealed to her friends that Alec (Ed Quinn) was restraining her to visit Vivian and she was just relying now on text message updates from doctors.
Come the "Mistresses" finale episode, Executive Producer KJ Steinberg revealed to TVLine that "It'll be a very tantalizing ending. Again, some story arcs will be satisfied and somewhat closed, and some things will be very cliffhanger-y."
