Miley Cyrus is expected to go all Miley Crazy at the VMAs. Slowly but surely, people are getting used to the new Miley. As she gets to expose the crazy side of her, she starts to create a new image and she starts to be loved by people for the new version of herself.
We all know that she loves being naked so much that her minor nip-slip at the awards show didn't really make so much noise. As she was expected to host the VMAs, we already know that anything can happen. So when she commended Kim Kardashian's nipples, it's really tough to understand how to react to that.
Miley says, "Kanye West and I have one thing in common. We both love Kim Kardashian. I mean, have you seen those nipples? I am so jealous of the baby there.." then she enacts sucking the air.
Anything can really happen if you have Miley at the spotlight. Commenting on Kim K's boobs is insane, and her flashing of her own boob backstage as she does a live segment makes the awards show as awkward as it can be. She was behind a curtain, having a costume change, and she accidentally (or maybe not) flashed her boob. Nonetheless, with all the almost-naked attires Miley have rocked in the show, no one would be surprised by that wardrobe malfunction, or a lack thereof.
Overall, we can be happy that Miley stayed covered most of the time, although with minimal clothing. For most part of the VMAs, Miley prioritized colors over fabrics. She changed her attire 11 times through the whole show and her costumes included cut out minies, pasties, and rompers.
And the best part about Miley's stunts is that she dropped a surprise free album at the end of the show! If you have read weeks before, Miley did imply that she doesn't care about earning more money, she said, "I've made my money. If no one buys my album, cool. It's fine. I've got a house and I've got dogs that I love. I don't need anything else."
We are all still in the process of absorbing the new Miley. She has a combination of crazy and good, of liberation and kindness, so it's pretty much understandable if people do not know how to handle the new her.
Her commentaries about Kim Kardashian's nipples are just one of the few intense scenarios Miley got herself into as she hosted the VMAs. Her scene with Nicki Minaj and her boob flashing are among the other stuff that clearly gave the viewers a show to remember. Nicki somewhat called Miley out because of whatever Miley said in a recent interview. Miley however responded to her defense, saying that Nicki should understand how manipulative interviews can be, siding her reply with a "Congra-fu*-lations".
