The elusive Rob Kardashian is slowly making his way back into the limelight and looks slimmer to boot! Kris Jenner's only son shared a rare selfie on Instagram which showed positive changes as compared to previous photos of the star.
The 28 year old TV personality took to Instagram Sunday, reports Huffington Post, to share his black and white colored snap. Kardashian's picture only showed the star's head and neck as he leaned back in what appeared to be a sofa. The former reality star captioned the image, "Gnight."
According to the publication, fans who saw the picture were excited and wrote supportive messages on the social media site. One Instagram user commented, "Yesss the best for you!! I missed your face @robkardashian," while another wrote, "Looking hot as f."
Kardashian's newest selfie comes just days after news came out that the star is "committed" to losing weight, reports E!News. A source told the entertainment portal that the former "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star is focused on losing the 100 pounds he gained. Kardashian even reportedly claimed that his weight gain started with "too many milkshakes."
The source said, "His regimen involves more than just cardio and weights." The insider also revealed that Kardashian is working hard with personal trainer Gunnar Peterson and that the star has been "working with a chef and doing really well" with his fitness goal.
Meanwhile, the TV personality's mother, Jenner, has also told E! earlier this summer that she is doing her best to support her son through his fitness journey. She said, "Rob is living in L.A. right now and he's doing well, finding out what makes him tick and struggling with some stuff. My job is to be there for him and to love him as hard as I can. Everybody goes through stuff."
His sister, Khloe Kardashian, is also very supportive and has shared how proud she is of her brother. Khloe told E!News that the star has been working out and "trying to get his groove back." She added, "And he acknowledges it! He's aware that he's very introverted and of course not the way he used to be. I think being aware is probably the best thing."
That's good to hear! Keep up the great work!
