Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, made the headlines as he got himself into a deathly vehicular accident last May, 2015. As per the Daily Mail, the terrifying accident caused the life of a senior citizen Kimberly Howe who was driving her Lexus on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu California.
She was safely driving her vehicle when she was suddenly struck by Jenner's car which then propelled her vehicle on the opposite lanes. Kim Howe, a 69-year-old senior female, was then struck by another vehicle head on which eventually resulted to her death. Howe's stepchildren made an effort in filing a case against Jenner stating that the former triathlete's negligence caused her death.
TMZ made a follow up report regarding the accident. It was revealed that Jenner may have gotten off the criminal prosecution for the fatal car crash, but it was later on revealed that she's about to face an $18.5 million law suit. Kim Howe was sued for $18.5 million by the 5 occupants inside the Hummer that she struck after Caitlyn pushed her into the opposite lane.
The lawyers for the Hummer occupants are planning to file an identical lawsuit against Jenner, also stating that it was her negligence that caused the car crash. Though it was still unclear on why the 5 Hummer passengers stated that Howe was negligent, the occupant's amount of damages however is quite stunning.
Bruce is already facing charges from Howe's stepchildren, though it was reported that they have a distant relationship with their step mother.
The former triathlete has been frequenting the headlines which aroused the public's interest regarding her personality. After she made her gender transplant, Bruce then changed his name to Caitlyn Jenner. Caitlyn ained respect from individuals all over the world for her bravery and boldness in terms of self-expression. She now has her own reality show entitled "I am Cait."
