'Zac Efron's new movie, "We are Your Friends" Flops on its Weekend Debut

Zac Efron's "We are Your Friends" experienced a tough blow when it became known as one of the biggest flops in the U.S. film history.

According to torontosun.com, Zac's DJ movie was named "one of the worst wide-release openings in U.S. box office history." "We are Your Friends" earned only $1.8 million from 2,333 cinemas across America making it the fourth- worst film debut since 1982.

The music- inspired romantic drama follows the story of an aspiring DJ trying to make a break in the music industry and become a big- time and a successful music producer. Thing got out of hand when he [Zac] decided to hook up with his mentor's girlfriend. He also has to stand up with his own feet if he really wanted to succeed in his dream.
