After reports about Jennifer Garner's dismay about her living situation with Ben Affleck, news now has surfaced that the actress has finally kicked her soon-to-be ex-husband out of their Los Angeles home.
According to People, Garner finally had the guts to kick him out right after she was done filming for her latest movie "Miracles from Heaven" in Atlanta. Affleck was living in their L.A. home to take care of the kids while she was away. The source reports that the actor is living at a rental nearby though. The community reportedly warmly received Garner's return to the neighborhood by giving her well wishes and "welcome back" hugs.
The ex-couple's L.A. home is now going under renovations, and Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Affleck won't go back there even after all construction is done. Garner apparently told Affleck that it's only going to be her and the three kids who will stay in their decked-out home. Garner is reportedly planning to remodel her home to make it look more like a bachelorette pad.
Reports also say that 43-year-old actress is going to great lengths to keep Ben out of her life. Now that their wedding rings are now officially off, their divorce plans are now all on full blast. The only reason they reportedly kept their rings on was for the kids, and their welfare remains on top of their list. They've also hired a new nanny for their children. In fact, Garner was recently spotted buying groceries at the neighborhood supermarket with their three beautiful children and the new nanny.
Bennifer 2.0 announced their divorce plans last June after 10 years of marriage. This was followed by reports of Affleck's alleged affair with their then-nanny, Christine Ouzounian.
