A senior royal source has confirmed that Prince William and Princess Kate is set for a foreign royal tour next year.
A lot of royal watchers are already looking forward to seeing the royal family on their first foreign country tour together. However, pretty much of the royal fans around the globe would be a bit disappointed because Prince George and Princess Charlotte are unlikely to join their parents on the upcoming trip overseas, the source told HELLO! magazine.
"It was a one-off to take George to Australia and New Zealand last year and it is looking highly unlikely they will take their children with them on their next tour," the source said. That they had their first official royal family trip when they brought along with them 9-month-old Prince George for their tour in Australia and New Zealand last spring 2014.
According to People, the royal children Prince George and Princess Charlotte would have to wait before they will be able to join their parents on a first trip together outside the U.K. It is "not expected that the royal children would be with their parents on any foreign visit in the near future."
There is no set itinerary yet for the upcoming trip, butit is normally based on the suggestions of the British Foreign Office. At the same time, "there will be a consideration of the government to take into account." There are speculations though that Duke and Duchess of Cambridge might visit the Caribbean.
It has also been mentioned that both royal duties of the royal couple William and Kate have been quite restricted since both of them are still adjusting to their new family life. Kate is mostly home-based watching over the nearly 4-month-old Princess Charlotte and 2-year-old Prince George, while William is getting the hang of his new job as an air ambulance pilot.
