American portrait and celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz has listed her 10,202 square foot, West Village home for $33 million. The three beautiful distinct townhouse compound is located in the Northeast corner Greenwich and West 11th Streets: 757 Greenwich, 755 Greenwich and 3311 West 11th Street, reports the Province tabloid daily newspaper
Loibovitz's property, which is in the heart of the village, has 13 fireplaces, divided into offices, guest room and living space. She gradually built her compound by buying and renovating. She purchased two of her homes in 2002 for $4.2 million and the third home for $1.9 million, according to the real estate ny.curbed.com/Curbed NY
Even though, Leibovitz decided to sell her West Village compound several years ago due to heavy debts, she managed to clear it without selling. But now she decided to list the property as she wants to shift uptown, near the school where her three daughters attend, adds the real estate ny.curbed.com/Curbed NY
The real estate firm Brown Harris Steven agents Paula Del Nunzio and Guide De Carvalhosa held the listing of Leibovitz West Village compound and describing the exotic beauty of the home, facilities and its interior according to Real estate Zillow Blog.
The firm said the compound offers multi-faceted space in a perfect Greenwich Village location, with extreme beauty and privacy.
“It’s very rare to have something like this. She created it," Broker Paula Del Nunzio of Brown Harris Stevens said in an article in the Wall Street Journal.
