The "Gangnam Style" hero, PSY- nee Park Jae-sang, has reportedly purchased a posh residence on the ground floor of The Blair House, a luxury high rise building in Beverly Hills.
Psy supposedly paid $1.25 million, all cash for the 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom space which is spread over an area of 2,776 square feet, reported RealeStalker.
Psy wanted to keep the entire transaction a hush-hush matter before its closure and was said to have security around him all the time till the deal was sealed. The security was attributed to the fact that Psy was making the complete payment in cash, reported TMZ.
The Korean singer recently rose to fame as his video "Gangnam Style" was lapped up by the world. The video raked in more than a million views on YouTube giving Psy overnight stardom. Therefore, the cash transaction does not come as a surprise.
The condo has huge floor to ceiling windows that overlook the road and also boasts of a walk in closet with an attached bathroom. It also has a gas fireplace, an angular dine-in kitchen, marble tiled flooring with grey wall to wall carpeting in the living area. The residence also contains its own laundry place with a full sized washer and dryer, reported RealeStalker.
The building, The Blair House, boasts of beautifully landscaped grounds, valet parking, banquet area, gym area, a salt water outdoor pool and spa. However, the best of its attractions is the lighted and sunken tennis court, which is a rarity among residences in the area, reported RealeStalker.
Though the condo is very well designed, Psy will reportedly be giving it a makeover, reported TMZ.
