The hit HBO TV series has broken into the Guinness World Records 2016 for being the "Largest TV Drama Simulcast", which the show can now add to its other reputation, "Most Pirated TV Program"
Moreover, according to eonline.com, the season five premier of Game of Thrones was broadcast in 173 countries at the same time in an effort to prevent piracy. Having said that, the HBO show overthrew previous record holder, CSI, by only two countries.
