T.V series, "One Tree Hill" celebrity, Jana Kramer has reportedly sold her bachelorette pad, located in Nashville, for $367,000. Kramer and boyfriend, Brantely Gilbert, have moved in together to another place, which has not been revealed yet.
Kramer had brought the place for $317,000 in Oct. 2010. The property is located in the center of Lockland Springs' hood, over the Cumberland River which is just a few miles east of downtown Nashville, reports RealeStalker.
As per listing records, it was revealed that the house was totally renovated before its sale. However, the source behind the renovation was not confirmed. The cottage, after renovation, sports a nice white picket fence, an open porch and a wooden antique type swing decorates the porch, reports RealeStalker.
The cottage comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a multi-service loft overlooking the living room. Two master suites, one upstairs, have private bathrooms attached to it. However, the third room would have to make use of the hall bathroom, reports RealeStalker.
The cottage sports hardwood flooring throughout. The dining area is connected to a chest-height breakfast bar. The kitchen sports olive colored cabinetry without many state of the art appliances. The kitchen floor is a peachy-beige mottled tile floor, reports Realestalker.
