‘Captain America: Civil War’ Rumors: General Ross to Create Stronger Monster to Defeat His Nemesis; 'Red Hulk' in Film; Created by Ironman?

A lot of rumors regarding 'Captain America: Civil War' has reached the fans worldwide and as for its outcome, no one really knows. However, there has been speculations as to General Ross becoming the 'Red Hulk'. The rumors could very well proved to be true since the 'Captain America: Civil War' offers various mysteries that will make the fans go crazy.
