A day to celebrate for 'Signature Group Realty' as the company joins the grand opening in Dearborn Heights. Conforming to an earlier report by pressandguide, " The Signature Group Realty just celebrated their official grand opening on Aug. 13 and approximately 50 people attended the event, including Mayor Dan Paletko."
Although the real estate business is a challenging one, Tamara Fiema, the owner and the broker of the firm, wants to extend to Dearborn Heights because of her passion for the work and for the community. Signature Group Realty is a realty company that has an appeal and proximity of a local realtor, but with the experience of a realty giant, it aids in the purchase, sale, leasing and management of residential real estate in the Inland Empire area as stated by Signaturegrouprealty.
The company has withstood the test of time and economic challenges as well. The expansion was not an easy move by the owner as well. According to a recent post by pressandguide, "Becoming a broker and owner of her own firm was not an easy decision for Fiema, and she previously had a steady full-time job at a law firm, but still struggled to raise two kids as a single mom and wanted something more." Fiema, however has an affinity for real estate but she was adamant at first due to the guaranteed salary is based entirely on commission.
Despite the hurdles, the company survived and even expanded to other places. It seems the expansion is just the beginning. Fiema said the next specialty she is adding to Signature Group Realty is a construction and development division, and it will provide renovations, custom building, and development of new subdivisions as further conveyed by pressandguide.
A lot more is brewing on the horizon for this great company and it appears that Signature Group Realty aims for excellence in how they conduct and do business wherever they might be.
