Lisa Lampinelli Buys Beach Side Residence

Comedy Central's mean queen, Lisa Lampinelli has reportedly moved into a new residence with a generous beach side view in Fairfield, Connecticut. Lampinelli bought the property for around $2,212,500.

Lampinelli had been contemplating buying a beach side house since May 2012. After much searching and an efficient agent-hiring effort, she finally found the home of her dreams, reported Real Estalker.

The residence is spread across about 4,000 square feet consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home is a two-level residence with a spiral staircase made of wood, reported Real Estalker.

The ground floor comprises of an entrance hall, an ocean facing kitchen with a dining area. The floor also has a room that Lampinelli's husband, Jimmy Cannizzaro uses as recreational space. One of the 3 bathrooms is situated on the ground floor, reported Connecticutmag.com.

The spiral staircase leads to the second floor where the master suite is located. The master suite sports ocean colored walls and décor with a balcony facing the ocean. A sitting room adjoins the master suite. The floor also houses two other bedrooms that the couple uses as guest rooms. A public area on the floor gives a whole view of the floor downstairs, reported Connecticutmag.com.

There is a room perched on the pitched roof line that is comfortably decorated for Lampinelli to pen down her comic reveries. The house also sports a single car garage that is attached to the main floor. The complete area is ringed with sea grass that avoids all the sandy mess of the beach, reported Real Estalker.

Apart from the recent sea shore haven, Lampinelli also owns a rented apartment in New York City and a resort in Tucson, Arizona.

Lampinelli is a renowned standup comedian and is a prominent television personality. She appears regularly on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno". She was one of the first few white standup comedians to have performed in BET's "Comic View". She is also a columnist, writing for the women's section of "Playboy".
