Meg Ryan is reportedly looking for a change of accommodation. She currently lives in SoHo, a neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, New York after her split with husband Dennis Quaid.
The house that has caught Ryan's eye is located at 907 Fifth Avenue, close to where she earlier lived with Quaid, reported Curbed.
Ryan asked a broker to look up details about the availability of the house. The residence is sprawled across 3,300 square feet and has been listed for around $7.2 million, reports the New York Post.
The house is said to be an embodiment of lavishness and classiness with a grand layout and splendidly proportionate rooms. The home comprises of 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Two cozy fireplaces light up the living room and the master suite, respectively. The home also boasts a breakfast nook beside the kitchen with a formal dining room. A separate laundry with dryer facilities is also included, reports Curbed.
The house was recently renovated and is a great place to stay.
Earlier this year, Meg Ryan relisted her Bel Air Mansion for $11,400,000. In September, Ryan rented the 3 bedroom SoHo apartment for $25,000 a month at 40 Mercer.
Ryan was married to Quaid for 10 years before her divorce. She allegedly had an affair with Russell Crowe before the divorce. Ryan shot to fame with her roles in various romantic comedies.
