Just days after billionaire heir, Tamara Ecclestone out her home on the market, little sister Petra Ecclestone-Stunt has also allegedly put her London residence up for sale.
Petra has listed her London Mansion for $52 million. The mansion is also located in Chelsea, London where Tamara listed her residence for sale just a few days ago, reports Business Insider
The real estate animosity between the two siblings has not escaped the media glare. The two have been grabbing constant headlines for a while now. While Petra recently purchased the Spelling Mansion, Tamara has also been looking forward to buy the more exquisite Fleur de Lys property, which she has leased for a while now.
Petra's mansion is a visual treat. The residence is a stucco fashioned white stone home with a glamorous touch to it. Located in the posh area of Eaton Square, Belgravia, the home was purchase by the younger heiress in 2009 for an anonymous sum of money. Petra shared the home with her husband, James Stunt until she decided to put the mansion up for sale, reports Real Estalker.
The home is 7,995 square feet and rises up eight floors. Along with a number of reception rooms, the mansion also boasts of 5 bedrooms out of which two have been converted into dressing rooms. The home has two half and five full baths. The basement is allotted to the staff and house helpers, reports Real Estalker.
The ground floor opens up to an entrance hall that has a spacious dining room adjacent to it. The dining room sports a built in buffet with a cozy fireplace as well. There is an elevator too. The entire home sports hardwood polished flooring with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, reports Real Estalker.
Petra and husband James Stunt are expecting a baby soon and currently reside in their Holmby Hills property in Los Angeles, which was formerly owned by Candy Spellings. Petra had it redone by designer Gavin Brodin, who is also looking after Tamara's Kensington Palace residence's renovation, reports Radar Online.com.
