Looks like the "Mean Girls" actress is finally done with her time in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. Lindsay Lohan leased a property in the posh area for $8,000, however, the home is now being offered for a monthly rental of $10,450 as Lohan is expected to move out soon.
Lohan is reportedly moving out of the house due to her inability to afford the huge rent. The leased property's contract is set to expire in February, reports TMZ.
Lohan's rented home has undergone a $200,000 makeover for Bravo's new show "Million Dollar Decorators". The house will feature in the season finale of the show Jan. 8, reports The Inquisitr.
Another reason given for Lohan's departure is because she's relocating to New York, reports Perezhilton.com.
The Beverly Hills estate is a lovely French style cottage home spread across an area of 2,500 square feet. The home consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. The house also boasts of a Spa and a pool. The home sports a high hedged surrounding and is perched in a perfect setting fit for a celebrity, reports Zillow.
Lohan has always been a paparazzi draw. The drama queen made headlines when she was convicted of causing a car accident in June, 2012. Her pending tax bills were also all over the news. Charlie Sheen, Lohan's co-actor in "Scary Movie 5" reportedly gave the actress $100,000 to pay off her tax bills, according to news reports.
She is currently living in her Beverly Hills home until the lease lapses in February. She will start house hunting in New York later, reports TMZ.
