"Mortal Kombat X" has remained in the hearts of its enthusiasts for many years and now, as the new teasers have been released, the fans are in for a thrill. It seems that "Mortal Kombat X" has made the headlines once again.

As the teasers were shown regarding the new DLC characters, it created more speculations a well. Ign noted earlier that at "Kombat Pack 1" comment made on a Mortal Kombat X live stream does suggest more DLC characters are in store. Then creative director Ed Boon posted to Twitter today to tease four new characters with an image of four silhouettes and a large "Who's next?" inscribed across the front as well.

It is not just one, but four new DLC characters are soon to be expected to join the fun. Tech Times earlier reported that, there are currently 29 playable characters in "Mortal Kombat X." The Kombat Pack DLC carried the game up to 29 playable characters upon its release. Characters such as Jason Vorhees, the Predator, Tremor and Tanya. Goro were also released as preorder plus then later accessible individually. There are no proper confirmed statements yet but it appears that it is a challenging time for "Mortal Kombat X". Lately, WB Games announced the cancellation of Mortal Kombat X on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, due to not meeting standards as further detailed Ign.

Boon has been known to give teasers that eventually do not materialize at some point. However, with "Mortal Kombat X" everything is always unpredictable. For instance, one character that was famously known in the series is Noob Saibot. Tech Times previously reported that Noob Saibot has been in the game since the first entry, he is also one of the original Sub-Zero. He was slayed in the first game then revived back as a wraith. Speculations such as perhaps he's been slain again, or perhaps he's about to reappear to those eager to pay a slight extra.
