It will only be the beginning of their new life together, and, "As fun and as great as it is to see them get married, that's only part of it,'' Steve warns.
Malaro added that they want to keep the plot "moving forward, as well as exciting and scary and fun.'' The commitment issues of Penny especially when it involves Leonard, she embodies how to try the unknown and "just jump in and hope for the best.''

Christian Today said, the ninth season of "The Big Bang Theory" is about to begin with a big episode featuring Penny and Leonard's wedding. In the season 8 finale, the two decided to go to Las Vegas after they got tired of choosing the perfect date for their wedding. Showrunner Steve Molaro confirmed that the pair will get married in the upcoming season's premiere, adding "that's really only the beginning of the story. As fun and as great as it is to see them married, that's only part of it.''
While the premiere will be all about Penny and Leonard, Sheldon and Amy will also be seen as they try to cope with their breakup, which took place in the finale of season 8.
