Kenyon Martin’s Texas Mansion Up for Grabs

Kenyon Martin, NBA veteran, has reportedly listed his Texas home for sale. The house is priced at $5 million.

The house is located in the suburbs of Arlington, Dallas, and the main unit is spread across 15,000 square feet. The 8.4-acre property boasts of 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The place is completely done up in white marble, reports Curbed National.

The property has a full-sized basketball court along with a game room and a complete bowling alley. Not only does the place feature sporty glamour, but is also laden with fun-filled party activities. The home has two water slides with a pool that features two dolphin fountains! A pond and a huge pecan orchard are other distinctive features of the place. A massive car garage that can accommodate around 9 cars adjoins the house as well, reports USA Today.

The home also features numerous wet bars, a state-of-the-art gym and an outdoor kitchen. A media room and a greenhouse are some of its other added attractions, reports Curbed National.

The place is more like a resort and is fabulous. The $5 million asking price is quite a good bargain for this sumptuous mansion. Martin bought the home in 2008 for $3 million. He, however, hopes to make a $2 million profit on the mansion listing it for $5 million now, reports TMZ.

Martin signed a contract with the Los Angeles Clippers in February 2012 and played around 42 matches for the team in the past season. However, this year he hasn't yet been signed on by any NBA team. Previously, Martin played for the Denver Nuggets and the New Jersey Nets - both members of the NBA.
