Looks like something is happening for the "What Happens in Vegas" star Ashton Kutcher, in the real estate market. The actor's former bachelor pad has been listed in the market by its owners with an asking price of $2.6 million.
Before selling the pad in June 2011, Kutcher and his father redid the interiors in contemporary style. It's a double-story residence originally spread across 2,002 square feet. It was expanded by Kutcher to 3,404 square feet during the renovation.
The home comprises of 4 bedrooms with high ceilings, an open flooring plan and massive windows. Huge glass doors slide open to lead to the backyard that is adorned by an infinity pool and spa. The pool sports a beautiful three-tier waterfall as well, reports Zillow.
With divorce on the cards, Kutcher might want to buy the pad back. However, he already owns a home in Los Angeles. His Hollywood hills property is a stunning modern residence with scenic views of Lake Hollywood. Kutcher was renting the place for a while and decided to buy it as he heard "Teenage Heartthrob"Justin Bieber, was eyeing to buy the place.
Kutcher shot to fame with his stint in the American sitcom "That 70s Show" in which he co-starred with current girlfriend - Mila Kunis.
He was married to Demi Moore and the two separated in November 2011. After almost a year, Kutcher filed for divorce in December 2012.
Along with acting, Kutcher has a busy production house. He is currently acting in the hit comedy series "Two and a Half Men" playing Walden Schmidt, a millionaire tech genius. He took over from Charlie Sheen, who was thrown out for his wayward ways.
