Barry Bonds, former baseball league player has listed his Beverly Park, California, gated mansion for sale. The home sports a price tag of $25 million.
Bonds had purchased the property back in 2002 for $8.7 million. The home was built in 1999 and was spread across 11,448 square feet. However, after purchasing the residence, Bonds expanded the property to its current stretch of 17,100 square feet, reports Real Estalker.
The 1.85 acre property is a multi-unit double story mansion comprising of 7 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. A wine room, theater and music room are some of its luxury amenities. Apart from the aforementioned features, a state-of-the-art gym, a spa and a private elevator add to the opulence of the mansion. The property also consists of a separate guest house and a six-car garage. A lighted basketball court and landscaped gardens make up the outdoors of the place, reports Wall Street Journal.
However, only aerial views of the home have been doing the rounds and details of the interiors are not known, reports Yardbarker.
Barry Bonds played for San Francisco Giants for 14 years. Bonds was one of the most famous and controversial players of the baseball world.. He was sentenced to house arrest for obstruction of justice, perjury and lying to the court in a case of illegal consumption of steroids.
Apart from the Beverly Park mansion, Bonds is also the proud owner of a Los Altos Hills property in California.
