"Deal or No Deal" host, Howie Mandel, has reportedly relisted his Malibu seaside property. The ocean-view home was first listed in December 2011 with an asking price of $7.25 million. Now, he's asking for $500,000 more.
The property is situated in the sophisticated area of Point Dume perching on more than an acre's expanse. The main unit sprawls across 58,656 square feet consisting of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The place also features a gym, a theater, a separate office and library along with a den, reports The Los Angeles Times.
Records on The Multiple Listing service show that Mandel purchased the property for $3 million in 2006. He had the place renovated in 2008.

Mandel judged the fifth season of "America's got Talent". He was awarded with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2008. He is the producer and host of popular reality series "Mobbed", in which flash mobs perform messages for unsuspecting commoners. He also wrote an autobiography "Here's the deal: Don't Touch Me", which is a frank description of his struggles with ADHD and OCD. He is also a frequent visitor on the popular talk show "The Tonight Show" hosted by Jay Leno.
Mandel currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three daughters.
