You Can Own Niall Horan's Guitar, One Direction Star's Auction Is In Aid Of Irish Boy's Life-Saving Operation

There are two reasons why you should go bid for Niall Horan's guitar; first, who wouldn't want a celebrity owned stuff?; secondly, doing so will help a 4 year old boy's operation.

One Direction's Niall Horan has been a good guy recently as he donated his guitar for selling so he can raise a million dollar for Cian McDonnell's operation in the US. Little boy Cian was diagnosed with Dyskeratosis Congenita just shortly after he was born. It is a rare condition that led him to blindness before he turned 1.

He went through bone marrow transplant two years ago. And just this January, he was also diagnosed with lungs pinholes after he had breathing problems. It was said that Boston Children's Hospital is the little kid's only hope to get a lung transplant. The cost, however, is a big one million dollar, equivalent to €890,000.

Fundraisers are now being extra hopeful and in deep plea that wealthy people, giant companies, and anyone with a helping heart, provide a big donation for Cian in exchange for Niall Horan's guitar.

The 1D guitar, who was handed over by Niall's father Bobby Horan, also comes with a personal letter from the dad. "This guitar is the one Niall used at home through his teenage years prior to finding fame with 1D. It is therefore unique and irreplaceable. I can confirm its authenticity." - Bobby Horan.

Mandy Shipp, secretary for the Hope For Cian fundraising, says: "We are so grateful to Bobby and Niall Horan because this is a huge boost to our fund. Now we are pleading for a major donation. Anyone interested can make contact through hopeforcian@gmail.com."

Cian recently returned to his home from Boston Children's Hospital where he was assisted to determine his suitability for the operation. Cian's mom, Lisa, shared, "The doctors Cian is under feel a lung transplant is an option, but the last thing we need before a final decision is a liver biopsy,"

Cian and his family were said to not have time on their side as the little boy was already diagnosed to only have just a few more months for his life, so he must undergo the operation as soon as possible.
