Actress Debra Messing has put her Bel-Air mansion up for sale. The property sports a price tag of $11.99 million.
Messing purchased the home in 2002 from actress Renée Zellwegger for around $7 million.
Messing lived with ex-husband Daniel Zelman in the Bel-Air family home. The property's listing does not come as a surprise as Messing and Zelman split recently in 2012 ending 11 years of marriage. She is currently dating "Smash" co-star, Will Chase.
The property was built in 1937 and was designed by renowned designer, Paul Williams. The home is a double storey colonial style building spread over 6,410 square feet. It comprises of six bedrooms and six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms as well. The place features formal dining and living space with an open kitchen. The kitchen leads to the family room. A den featuring a cozy fireplace completes the ground floor of the home, reports Real Estalker.
Two large bedrooms with attached bathrooms line the second story of the home. The master bedroom sports massive walk-in closets along with two attached bathrooms as well. The other bedrooms are located in a detached guest house, which is also a double story unit. A fitness center and an office/study complete the guest wing, reports Real Estalker.
The home sports a vast spread of well maintained lawns and a boomerang shaped swimming pool along with a cool cabana, reports The Los Angeles Times.
