MLB free agent Scott Hairston puts on the market his mountainside retreat in Pinetop, AZ for $1.2 million. The kitchen, master suite, and exterior decks of the 4,425-square-foot home were designed to be on the second level to take advantage of the mountain views, says listing agent Chuck Teetsel, who sold the home to Hairston. The Craftsman style of the four-bedroom home features rock and several types of wood throughout. "Every single room in the house, including the three-car garage, has custom cabinetry,'' says Teetsel. The floors are made of hand-scraped maple.

Realtor said the lower level of the home features 750-bottle wine cellar. The dining room area on the second floor offers great mountain views. There are many types of wood used in building custom cabinetry throughout the home. "Every single room in the house has custom cabinetry.'' Teetsel says, "I'm very happy [Hairston] asked us to represent them [again] in selling this unique home that we still love.''
