Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have called it quits a long time ago and have moved on with their respective lives with their own partners. While such is the case, many Robsten, Twihard, Kstew and RPatz fans are still hoping to see the former couple back on screens. The 29-year-old actor recently shared that his success in "Twilight" was a "happy accident." What made him say so?
Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson immediately became household names after their successful appearances in the "Twilight" movie franchise. Their performance in the movie adaptation of Stephanie Meyer's series as Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, respectively, opened a lot of doors and opportunities for both stars.
Pattinson, however, admitted that the success and fame he got from the film came with a few strings attached. Speaking with Elle France (via MSN), "The Lost City of Z" actor recalled that things became "unmanageable" after his breakthrough success in "Twilight" next to his then-girlfriend, Stewart.
"At some point I became paranoid. I [didn't go] out of my house in Los Angeles. It was hell," Pattinson recounted.
While it was definitely a tough challenge for RPatz to keep his personal life private while he's in the Hollywood scene, the actor admitted that his success in "Twilight" was a "happy accident." Pattinson also revealed that he is definitely interested in working on a reboot of the movie with Meyer, but refused to talk about Stewart.
Pattinson is engaged to his girlfriend, FKA Twigs and the couple is reportedly set to tie the knot by the end of this year. Stewart, on the other hand, was recently rumored to have tied the knot with her girlfriend, Alicia Cargile, Franchise Herald stated.
According to the report, Stewart and Cargile secretly tied the knot and the "American Ultra" actress slipped up when she called Cargile as "my wife." Every one of Stewart's friends and co-stars immediately sent their congratulatory messages for the newlywed couple. However, Stewart has yet to confirm or deny the issue.
