Anna Nicole Smith’s Home Sold; Daughter Inherits Proceeds

The Studio City home of Anna Nicole Smith, the 1993 playmate of "Playboy" magazine and reality star, has been sold for approximately $1.75 million . All the proceeds of the home will be transferred to Smith's daughter, Dannielynn.

The home was under dispute for the past six years and has been finally sold on a judge's orders.

In 2006, when Smith was pregnant with her daughter, her personal attorney, Howard K. Stern revealed on CNN's "Larry King Live show" that he was in a secret relationship with Smith and claimed to be the father. However, Larry Birkhead, an entertainment photographer, who was also dating Smith, filed a lawsuit claiming that he was the father of Smith's daughter.

In April 2007, after undergoing various paternity tests, Birkhead won the lawsuit and was declared Dannielynn's father.

Smith purchased the home in 2005 for $1.335 million. Birkhead and Dannielynn moved into the Studio City home after Smith's death, which was caused due to a drug overdose.

However, in 2011, Howard Stern managed to transfer the property's title under his name, reports Radar Online.

He listed the home with an asking price of 1.45 million in 2011. It has now been sold to Rouzbeh Zoka, trustee of the Rouzbeh Zoka 2012 revocable trust that has deposited $39000 as a part of the total payment, reports NBC Los Angeles.

The home is spread across an area of 4700 square feet and comprises of five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. It features scenic views of the city and also has an infinity pool, reports Zillow.

Dannielynn and Birkhead will have to move now that the home is sold. Any news about their shifting has not been broken yet.
