Whether Alicia Keys is "On Fire" or not, her home's price definitely seems to be dousing. The "Fallin" singer's Crosby Street Penthouse has now been relisted for $15 million with a price cut of $2.95 million.
Keys first listed the home in March 2012 with an asking price of $17.95 million when she and her husband, Swizz Beatz, decided to buy Eddy Murphy's mansion in New Jersey for $12 million, reports Daily Mail.
The 30 Crosby Street Penthouse was previously owned by singer/actor, Lenny Kravitz, who listed the home in 2002 for $17 million after renovating the place. Keys purchased the three-story penthouse in 2010 for $12 million, reports Curbed National.
The penthouse boasts of two floors with a rooftop terrace that makes up the third floor. The 6,167 square feet property is a five bedroom- four bathroom home with luxury amenities like a butler's pantry, a wine cellar and a media room, reports The Real deal.
The main floor comprises of a large living room, a gallery, a formal dining room and a media room. The kitchen is a state-of-the -art place with a central island. The main floor is surrounded by two terraces on both sides. The master suite and three other bedrooms make up the second floor along with another bedroom that is converted into a huge dressing room. A storage room and a library/office complete the second floor. The roof top terrace that makes up the third story is an airy area, as seen in floor plans by Curbed.
The Grammy award-winning Keys' live album, "Unplugged" topped the debut MTV Unplugged list in 1994, making her the first female singer to have broken ground in the list.
Keys has also announced a collaboration with Bento Box Entertainment to launch a new interactive educational app for iOS, which will feature two of her songs "unlock Yourself" and "Follow the Moon".
The singer will be performing the national anthem at the Super Bowl in New Orleans slated to be held next month. Beyonce will also be performing at halftime at the event, reports The Hollywood gossip.
