'Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood' Cast News: Teairra Mari Got Physical With An Uber Driver, Faces Jail Time?

"Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" star Teairra Mari will be facing possible jail time after a violent altercation with an Uber driver back in July.

The R&B chanteuse lost her cool and got physical with an Uber driver who refused to let her charge her cell phone, TMZ reported.

The said incident occurred after Mari had lunch at Crustacean Wednesday in Beverly Hills, and called for an Uber to take her to her next destination.

Mari allegedly went nuts when she wasn't allowed to charge her phone. The notorious hothead star began punching the driver and stole the driver's charger. The driver also claimed that Mari forced him to pull over. When he stopped, the actress refused to get out and cops were called.

According to Mari, she never tried stealing the charger and claimed that she only "tapped him." She also said that the driver was beyond rude and told her to get out of the car like she was a "f***ing prostitute," Madame Noire reported.

The charger was found in her purse by the law enforcers who inspected it. A citizen's arrest was made by the driver for battery and theft.

Prosecutors sided with the driver’s account of the incident and concluded that Mari was guilty. She was charged with two misdemeanors of battery and theft on Sept. 4. Apart from that, it is also reported that she is facing a mysterious vandalism charge, which isn't clear where it came from.

The "Deserve" singer may possibly be jailed stemming from her irrational actions with the Los Angeles Uber driver.

The star is returning for Season 2 of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.” Aside from her run-in with an Uber driver, Mari also had trouble with other “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” cast involving Ray J's girlfriend Princess Love, who was arrested and taken to jail after getting into a nasty argument with the singer, International Business Times reported.

Mari is an American singer-songwriter, dancer, hip hop model and actress who is known for her roles on the films "Lottery Ticket" (2011) and "The Dempsey Sisters" (2013).
