Actor Jeremy Renner, known for his roles in The Bourne Legacy, The Avengers, and the up-coming Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, happens to also be a serious house flipper in the Los Angeles area with his most recent house going on sale for $25 million.

Renner recently bought a gorgeous Los Angeles mansion at an auction for $7 million and has now put it on the market for a whopping $24.995 million. According to the listing, the home - which sits on two acres L.A.'s prestigious Holmby Hills neighborhood - was "completely rebuilt" and now includes six bedrooms and 11 baths spread out over 10,000 square feet.

According to an August profile in Esquire, Renner has flipped roughly 15 Los Angeles-area homes with his business partner Kristoffer Winters over the past decade. And this Holmby Hills mansion in LA might be the pair's highest-grossing venture yet.

After purchasing a home, Renner and Winters remodeled the 1960s residence and suddenly realized they did a pretty good job. The guys were offered $900,000 for the home that Renner had paid $659,000 for. Since then, the actor has been flipping house and making a profit.

In other news, Renner is expecting a baby with his former 22-year-old Canadian model named Sonni Pacheco, whom he met on the set of the last Mission Impossible, according to the National Enquirer and Radar.

hile Pacheco and Renner are no longer dating, she's still living at his house. Some "friend" tells the Enquirer that, "Jeremy is delighted he's going to become a dad. He realizes it's unconventional to have his baby mama, an ex-girlfriend, living with him and his roommate, but he just doesn't care."
