Building residential homes in Thailand have up-scaled as IDIN Architects transformed an abandoned and wrecked commercial building into a magnificent family home with four children. Furthermore, another residential home called the Baan Moom also showcased the growing residential home design talents of architects in Thailand.

As reported by Fresh Home, there lay an abandoned commercial building in Bangkok, Thailand that led the architects to believe that it could be utilized as a family home for a family with four brothers and sisters.

Consequentially, IDIN Architects put their talents together and transformed the said building into a livable and gorgeous family home for them.

The said project made it possible for the large family to have ample space that would suffice their contemporary living needs and accommodate their business altogether. The said business was that of a jewelry store that was located at the base of the building.

It was reported that the building was constructed with an intelligently planned layout that were similar to commercial buildings in the area. Furthermore, each family member has the convenience of having their own compact private house that had a living room, rest area, pantry and several bedrooms.

Furthermore, the commercial building was also redesigned to afford them with easy access to all parts of the property, making it a livable building.

It also had a dining room where they all could share meals together and that attractive persevered tree that acted as a final touch to a natural design that seemed impossible to be incorporated into a commercial building. Who would have thought commercial buildings could actually be transformed into residential homes, right?

In other news, Fresh Home also reported that a residential property called the Baan Moon reflected the emerging talents of architects that could create impressive residential homes in Thailand.

This project was maneuvered by Integrated Field that transformed the property to accommodate five members of a family.

The said property is located just by a living retreat that has a distinct passage way that made it possible for the occupants to go to and fro the area.

It had three floors that had different styles incorporated into them, a master bedroom for the parents, two bedrooms and bathrooms for the children, its very own living and dining space, a working room, an open kitchen, another kitchen inspired by Thai cuisine, and its very own lap pool.

Furthermore, the property was instilled with wood as its centerfold, making it look modern and homey at the same time.
