Pop icon Madonna sold her nine bedroom mansion on Sunset Boulevard to a private equity investor for $19.5 million in 2013. Almost a year and a half later, it is listed once more, this time with a hefty price tag - $27.995-million.

While the listing says it has been ""recently" renovated, the same description has appeared in listings when Madonna first tried to sell this property in 2012. It was not clear though, if there was anything done as no listing photos were included when the flip went up for sale last month and when the singer had the place listed more than a year ago so there is no basis for comparison to support the big mark-up.
Nonetheless, the listing assures that "No detail was overlooked and no expense has been spared in maintaining the house meticulously. The best Beverly Hills has to offer."
