This is the first time that they have released an artwork for Revival which is set to be released on Oct. 9.
In a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, Selena shared a little sneak peak of what her legion of fans can look forward to in her newest album, E! Online reports.
"I'm not the best singer in the world, but I know how to translate emotion...I'm just finding my strengths now as an artist. I'm becoming a young woman and I'm comfortable with my sensuality. It's just kind of not try-hard. It's just perfect. I think, to me, that was exactly what I want people to see for the next chapter for me," she explained during the sit-down chat.
The radio and TV host proceeded to ask if there will be any hint of her very public rollercoaster relationship with Justin Bieber in the album, Selena admitted that she will not be revealing too much.
"I think there are hints of it, but I think what I was really excited about was the title of the album and the rebirth of Selena. It's just beautiful. It's my chance to just feel like an independent artist and I worked really hard on it. So I guess that's just the vision. It's all about my journey. It's not about anything specific."
In an interview with German magazine Jolie, Selena shared about her inspiration for her soon-to-be-realesed album: "This time I've really let myself be inspired by rap sounds. But generally, I just want to make feel-good songs that make people want to dance."
Selena also expressed feeling lucky to have had some amazing opportunities which inspires her to also extend her help to others.
"I was able to make my dreams come true and am living a very privileged life," she added. "I see it as my duty to help people who weren't as lucky. You should never stop dreaming and setting new goals for yourself. It's what makes life so interesting."
