2015 CMA Awarding Ceremony will be back on the 4th of November! The Country Music Awards 2015 has already released the list of nominees and Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, and Blake Shelton are all up for it. Underwood and Brad Paisley will still be CMA's hosts. Below are the list of nominees.
For the Entertainer of the Year nominees, we have Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, and Miranda Lambert.
Female Vocalist of the Year award nominees are Kelsea Ballerini, Miranda Lambert, Kacey Musgraves, Carrie Underwood, and Lee Ann Womack.
For the Male Vocalist of the Year award, nominated artists are Dierk Bentley, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Blake Shelton, and Chris Stapleton.
For the New Artist of the Year award, we have Kelsea Ballerini, Sam Hunt, Maddie & Tae, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton.
For the Vocal Group nominees, nominated are Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Rascal Flatts, The Band Perry, and Zac Brown Band.
Vocal Duo nominees are Brothers Osborne, Dan + Shay, Florida Georgia Line, Maddie & Tae, and Thompson Square.
For the Album of the year, Jason Aldean's 'Old Boots, New Dirt' is nominated, as well as Kacey Musgraves 'Pageant Material', Little Big Town's 'Pain Killer', and Chris Stapleton's 'Traveller'.
Single of the Year nominees are Kenney Chesney's 'American Kids', Little Big Town's 'Girl Crush', Lee Brice's 'I Don't Dance', Sam Hunt's 'Take Your Time', and Eric Church's 'Talladega'.
For the Song of the Year nominees, we have 'American Kids' (written by: Rodney Clawson, Luke Laird, Shane McAnally); "Girl Crush' (written by: Liz Rose, Lori McKenna, Hillary Lindsey); 'Like a Cowboy' (written by: Randy Houser, Brice Long); 'Like a Wrecking Ball' (written by: Eric Church, Casey Beathard); and 'Take Your Time (written by: Sam Hunt, Shane McAnally, Josh Osborne)
Musical Event nominees are "Django and Jimmie": Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard, "Lonely Tonight": Blake Shelton featuring Ashley Monroe, "Raise 'Em Up": Eric Church featuring Keith Urban, "Smokin' and Drinkin'": Miranda Lambert featuring Little Big Town, and "Wild Child": Kenny Chesney with Grace Potter.
For this years nominees for Music Video of the Year, Kacey Musgrave's "Biscuits" is nominated, together with Little Big Town's "Girl Crush", Maddie & Tae's "Girl In A Country Song", Miranda Lambert's "Little Red Wagon", and Carrie Underwood's "Something In The Water".
For the Musician category, nominees include Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Paul Franklin, Dann Huff, and Mac McAnally.
