Kailyn Lowry is talking about some money issues on child support with his previous boyfriend Jo Rivera. Design & Trend reports that Lowry is trying to settle an agreement with Jo regarding their son Isaac's future and the two together with Lowry's husband Javi is trying to settle this out of court.
While from the previous episodes we saw that they agreed on a settlement by themselves, it seems like from this week's episode, that might have not worked out pretty well and that Lowry prefers a judge to handle the financial custody she needs for her son.
Based from the conversation from the article of Design & Trend, Lowry together with her husband Javi meets up with Jo. The conversation started when Lowry opened up about increasing financial support for his child.
Lowry said, "I just wanted to kind of give you some time to think about increasing your payment. I don't even know how that would happen without going through court. Your child support doesn't even make a dent in his school tuition."
She also added, "I'm just trying to figure out what we're going to do, because you don't want me to take you to court, but we clearly can't come to an agreement."
The conversation between the two seemed to not go smoothly as Lowry sounds upset and that even if Jo was trying to explain or inquire about the situation, Lowry is not up to listen.
Jo said, "You have to tell me what you need. He even asked her, "What are you spending? What do you need from me? Then we'll sit down with the actual numbers and we'll talk about what I can do and what I can't do. You don't have to worry about it."
Jo was also agreeing with the idea of extending his child support with his son but Lowry and his husband Javi agreed to let the court handle the situation.
Jo seemed taken aback and told Javi that,"I guess you wouldn't understand unless you were actually in the situation."
