Although the app's release date is delayed, EA Sports, however, assures the players that the demo's release date won't be changed.

"The delay for the companion app has zero impact on the NBA Live 16 demo, which is still scheduled to release on September 15, featuring LIVE Run, Summer Circuit and Tip Off exhibition games with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Chicago Bulls, Washington Wizards, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder," EA Sports said in a statement.

"NBA Live 16" GameFace HD companion app will be available in both Android and iOS devices. The game's app is said to be compatible with the "NBA Live 16" demo, which, according to EA Sports, is currently scheduled for release on Sept. 15.

It was said that the game will feature two different multiplayer modes namely the Live Run, which is similar to the mode found in the previous version of the game, the "NBA Live 10." The developer claims that using this mode, players will be able to acquire 21 points.
