The Beverly Hills mansion that the "Queen of Pop" Madonna once called home is now up for sale after renovations.
According to LA Curbed, the "Rebel Heart" icon sold the home back in 2013 for a neat price of $19.5 million. The property was then sold yet again a year after for $27.995 million. At this time, the house is back on the market for a hefty $27 million.
What could be the reason for such jump in price? Its listing on Red Fin indicates that not much of the property has changed, and the word "renovated" was used ever since Madonna herself listed it back in 2012. No new pictures of the property have been posted. Perhaps the sole presence of the Queen may be the cause of increase?
The Sunset Boulevard home is on a lot that is 1.25 acres big, and it boasts nine rooms and 15 baths. It has two dining rooms, a "junior" dining room, three various offices, a full-size theater, a gym, two guest houses, a resort size pool, tennis court and two living rooms. The listing also states that it is well-kept and that it is the "best of what Beverly Hills has to offer."
According to Forbes, Madonna's net worth is currently at a staggering $520 million. Other than being a top-selling artist globally, her tours throughout the years have earned $1.2 billion. Her last tour "MDNA" back in 2012 earned $305 million. She recently kicked off her "Rebel Heart" tour in Montreal last September 9, and she remains one of the top musicians of all time.
